  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

MadWell currently ships across India.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, MadWell may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.

MadWell is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

As per our policy, product returns are not accepted. Replacement is available only if the wrong product has been delivered.
