MadWell follows a No Return Policy.
Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons such as:

- Incorrect product selection by the customer

- Size-related issues (where applicable)
- Failure to read the product description before purchase

2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only if the wrong product has been delivered.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement, please provide:

- Clear photos of the product received
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue

3. Conditions for Replacement
A replacement will be processed only if:
- The incorrect product was delivered by MadWell.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The request is made within the specified time period.
MadWell reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refund Policy
As we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds, if applicable due to exceptional circumstances at MadWell's sole discretion, will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Replacement Process
Once your replacement request is approved:
- Our team will contact you with further instructions.
- We may arrange pickup of the incorrect product, depending on service availability.
- After verification, the correct product will be shipped to you.
- You will receive tracking details once the replacement has been dispatched.
6. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and taking photographs before opening the parcel. This helps us investigate any shipping-related issues more effectively.
7. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
